1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in any program at Insight Global Campus, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with enrollment.

2. Enrollment

Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of the full course fee or an agreed deposit. IGC reserves the right to decline enrollment at its discretion. Batch sizes are limited and places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. Course Fees

All fees are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR). Course fees must be paid in full before or on the commencement date unless a payment plan has been agreed in writing. IGC reserves the right to revise fees for future intakes.

4. Attendance & Conduct

Students are expected to attend all scheduled sessions punctually. IGC reserves the right to remove a student from a program without refund if their conduct is deemed disruptive or inappropriate.

5. Program Changes

IGC reserves the right to modify course content, schedules, or instructors where necessary. Reasonable notice will be provided to enrolled students in such cases.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, content, and resources provided by IGC are the intellectual property of Insight Global Campus and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

IGC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our programs. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the relevant program.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
