Refund Policy

1. No-Refund Policy

Insight Global Campus operates a strict no-refund policy. Once your enrollment is confirmed — whether through payment in full or an agreed deposit — no refunds will be processed under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind or personal circumstances
• Inability to attend sessions
• Relocation or change of schedule
• Dissatisfaction with course progress

2. Course Cancellation by IGC

In the rare event that Insight Global Campus cancels a program before it commences, enrolled students will receive a full refund of fees paid or the option to transfer to an equivalent upcoming intake.

3. Transfers

If you are unable to continue a program, you may request a transfer to a future intake of the same program, subject to availability and a written request submitted at least 14 days before the next session. Transfers are granted at the sole discretion of IGC management.

4. Admission Fees

Admission fees (where applicable, e.g. IELTS programs) are non-refundable under all circumstances once paid.
